Job Summary:
Southern Holiday Homes is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Groundskeeping & Lawn Maintenance Technician to help maintain the curb appeal and outdoor health of our properties. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating clean, well-kept, and inviting outdoor spaces.
Key Responsibilities:

Mowing: Maintain lawns by trimming grass to a consistent and appropriate height.

Edging: Define and maintain clean edges along sidewalks, driveways, patios, and flower beds.

Weed Control: Identify and remove or treat weeds in lawns using manual or chemical methods.

Weeding: Remove weeds from plant and flower beds to maintain an attractive landscape.

Pruning: Trim shrubs, small trees (under 6 feet), and bushes to preserve plant health and aesthetic appearance.

Debris Removal: Collect and dispose of sticks, branches, leaves, and other natural debris.

Leaf Blowing: Use leaf blowers to clear leaves and debris from lawns, pathways, driveways, and patios.
Qualifications:
- Previous landscaping or lawn care experience preferred.
- Ability to operate landscaping tools and equipment safely (e.g., mower, blower, trimmer).
- Physically able to perform outdoor labor in varying weather conditions.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high property standards.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or with a team.
Work Environment:
- Outdoor work in varying weather conditions (heat, humidity, rain, etc.).
- Standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods.
- Requires weekend or holiday availability.
Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
