Southern Holiday Homes, a leading vacation rental management company in Santa Rosa Beach, FL, is seeking a skilled and reliable **Maintenance Technician** to join our team. **About Us:**
Southern Holiday Homes specializes in managing luxury vacation properties along 30A. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding guest experiences, and our Maintenance Technicians are critical to achieving that goal.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Handle general property maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and other repair needs.
- Respond to and resolve maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
- Participate in a rotating **on-call schedule one week per month** to address urgent issues.
- Collaborate with property management and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain detailed records of work completed and materials used.
**Qualifications:**
- Extensive maintenance knowledge and hands-on experience in multiple trades.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks independently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
**Schedule:**
- Full-time position with rotating **on-call availability (one week per month).**
